Years ago, JRD Tata had commented on the
Shiv Sena's stand that if labour kept coming
into Mumbai, it would make all of Bombay
into a slumbai.

He wanted people flooding the city with
labour to be responsible for their housing
and well being.

Neither the congress, nor the SS, did anything
constructive about it.

How prophetic !
