All the kar-kar-kars Narlikar-Hoyle theory of static universe is wrong, even Narlikar accepts that. Vijay Buttkar and Kakodkar are scientifically unproductive, the team does the work and they look for funds., basically they do an MBA's work and not a scientists. C. D. there are lakhs of north indians living happily in andhra (just go to hyderabad, visakhapatnam, vizayavada, rajmaundry, so on..)..they live for generations there but never learn the state language..they think india is their grand fathers property...show them the way shown by raj...
