CBI is good but will take a longggggggggggggggggggggggggg time to even file FIR; so the fabrication of evidences by the accused and the likelihood of politicians getting into the scene cannot be ruled out in our country. such cases should be processed and dealt in special courts with right of appeal only to the Supreme Court.

who cares ur voice Naga, India is the place where justice has no value. Just commit the crime, money will take care rest of all. even after decades, Police could not catch Divya Bharatis killer.

Yes definitely, there is no doubt for that. The accused kidney Doctor? or Death doctor? is a powerful man. Another report says that, he is able to come out from jail four times before for such kidney scam. And was able to continue the trade for long 9 years. This can't happen without the support of the people in high places. As such Mr. Gopalakrishnan said this should be handed over to a special courts with some genuine judges on top of it.
