Why Mumbai became financial capital or entertainment insdustry ??
it became entertainment capital because Maharastrain made the first film of india..Mr Dadasaheb Phalke... secondly ..any place developed because of its social fabric and local skills and culture of native people ... maharastra was front runner in aboloshing social evils like child marraige ,start girls education ,untouchability (ambedkar is maharastrian) ... thats why mumbai developed ...

Desert Rose,Do you mean stars are developed?he he he...I like that.Which star of yours is educated/developed?Stars have got no relation to development. Any ways...get your facts right before uttering anything.Dadasaheb Phalke was Marathi.40-50% of heroines are Marathi and as far as development is concerned "Maharashtra" has been most developed state in India for many years..and its still in top 5...please note-it's not only Mumbai...and Mumbai is not end of world.
