You may not agree but I know that Bengalis are dirty, filthy, foul smelling, shabbily clothed, unhygenic people. They have bath only after they have had a hair cut.

And the Americans and Pakistanies say that all Indians are dark, ugly, dirty, stinky, malnourished peckers.. I guess these statements just reflect the amount of shit that's present in the brains of the speakers.

Hey, every race on the planet has it's share of beautiful swans and ugly dogs. I don't understand why people generalize qualities to a particular race/region. The key is WELL-ROUNDED EDUCATION, from which hygiene, manners, etiquette and civic sense naturally comes.
