Yes, Biharis are hard working and law abiding. They are able to survive with less, are not greedy and are a contented lot. I am from the "South", and can say for sure that there are traffic violations every furlong of my drive to work and back. Even here, people are impatient, there is no lane discipline, and speeding two-wheelers scare the life of hapless pedestrians.

During my last trip to India, our car driver made a mistake, and the crowd beat him so badly, he was bleeding from nose. All this happened in Bangalore, on my way to airport. Very sad.
