You are Right Mr.Khanna I am a North-Indian, from Bengal. Yes, North Indians( Bengalis included) feel proud to break the law. Those who are weak obey the law, those who are Mustan do not care about it. Yes, South Indians are polite and law abiding. This is the reason civilized North Indians prefer to emigrate to Bangalore, Pondicerry, Hyderabad. This is a fact. Travel by train through Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh with you daughter and wife, you will know. Nitish Kumar should ask himself why the civilized Biharis do not want to live in Bihar?

Mr Bose, i think ur views are biased. How many times u have travelled through Bihar and ur daughter/wife get raped? dont blame Entire bihari population. Bihar respects the dignity of woman much more than any other parts of the country. In bihar you will find the lowest cases of molestation and rape. you will find the least number of prostitutes and sex rackets here. Shame on you mr bose for telling lies. Dont let me tell you what all things you will find written in the toilets in Bengali. and let me refrain from mentioning sonagachi.. shame on you, Bihar has much better record in terms of respect for women.

you are right Mr. Bose.. thats why you will find 90% of the vehicles in hyderabad with dent. Now a days Hyderabad is worst city if you talk of traffic. both the town planners and the commuters have no traffic sense. No one cares where to stop the bus. No parking always means park here only. left side always blocked by those who have to go straight. no one respect the traffic light. it takes 1.5 hours to travel 10 kms. drivers both bike and car always drive while talking on phone. and people come out to learn driving at office hours and block everything(sad but true). pedestrians... they never use footbridges and zebra crossing. needlees to talk of auto drivers. once u commute from Hyderabad to secunderabd and vice versa in office time then you will never ever blame any other city. The only place in the world i have seen that flyovers are closed after 10.30PM. and flyovers traffic moving at 2 km/hr. all the roads full of bumps. Life is hell here man. people have no traffic sense. Delhi traffic is much better compared to hyderabad
