now this fellow will bribe the authorities and nepal will not give is coustody to india and will be released on bail after some time

Ya true .. and he is not only person involved in this . There will be a long list of High profile doctors , police and last not least politician in this racket . Remember what happ to Telgi . Who all got prosecuted finally ??
