The Court is fast Track and pronounced judgement after six years ................. is this fast track ?

Yes. Because finally it has given verdict. All courts who give verdict are fast track. Those who dont give, are slow track.

Krishna... prouncement of a judgement in six years in India is an impossible task and certainly needs to be applauded...ofcour fast track..
if it is in the normal court, then even after the doctor's great-grand children retires, it would continue..
