Yes, I do agree with him partially. North Indians feel pride in breaking the law, not west india people. In south, yes people are sober especially from karnataka & kerala. but remeber, Tamilians are very arrogant. this is my exp.

TOTALLY WRONG.. Kerala sober??? with down to earth unionism and arrogancy, non coopertaive workers, industrial failures ... Karnataka horbouring millions of terrorists in northern karnataka???
