I am a retired man I hv lived in various parts of India for a considerable time. What the Lt. Gov. Delhi told is correct to an extent I am happy he has the ,shall I say , frankness to make the statement.

I agree with him. I am a north indian, staying in west and have also spent some time in south. His words are 100% true.
