Arjun,
Are you trying to say that if you make a mistake here then then your brother should be punished somewhere else? Not fair. Yesterday only there was an article in economic times that in cities like Pune, people who have come in helped a lot in growing this place.
I would have appriciated if you say that culprits should be punished. All fingers in hand are not equal.
