I would say that if Raj Thackeray has tried to divide people in mumbai...this guy went further ahead....divide people zonewise...north, south, west,.....The government should pass take action under the existing laws very stringently...otherwise...we will have serious law and order problem in the country...

Even if you make such laws, we Indians will break them, irrespective of region / zone / caste / creed / religion. We take pride in being the Indian crabs, not letting others give their best shot at solving problems and achieving something unique.
