To MGR West Bengal is in top position in production in rice, vegetables, fish in the country and second in potatao. It is in third position in per hectre agricultural production in the country, after Punjub and Haryana. Its SDP growth rate is second highest in the country, after Karnataka. Kolkata region in third position in country´s total GDP, after Mumbai and Delhi region. Though it has has several problems like other states but it is not like such kind of state like Maharastra where one side industry and other side farmers are committing suicide daily. It got second highest investment in 2007, after Gujrat. Do you know these facts?

har ek state main kuch toh kuch problem hain... maharashtra bengal ... and then we guys fight for our caste community for our state and abuse each other... ultimately ye sab humaare pyaare netao ka kamaal hain ...... put everyone in jail... be it raj thackeray,amar singh or buddhadev... sab saale chor hain

Propaganda and facts are not same. Kolkatta is no 3 only in population. Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune etc are having greater GDP than kolkatta. Wake up and stop dreaming about mao and stalin

all extra rice being produced is being smuggled to Bangaldesh and the potatos is going to China.
