When you go to Karnataka and ask them about the major cities, they will tell Bangalore, then mysore, mangalore etc.

When you go to Gujarat, they will tell atleast a dozen places that are well developed, with job opportunities.

When you go to TN, we have Chennai, then Madurai, Tiruchy, Coimbatore...

In AP you have Hyderabad, then Vizag, Vijaywada etc.

But go to Bengal and ask a bengali of the important cities and the only thing they say is Kolkatta.

Kolkatta, Kolkatta,Kolkatta. Outside Kolkatta, Bengal is big zero. Thanks to 31 years of CPM rule.

Durgapur, Silguri , does anyone outside bengal know these places?

But everybody in INdia knows about vadodara, nagpur, Mangalore, Vijaywada, madurai etc.

Development outside Kolkatta is zero , thanks to 31 years of CPM rule.
