You still have the humiliating hand rickshaws where people run and drag a cart to carry other people. It is like treating humans as bullocks. Why dont you realise that CPM has ruined your state in 31 years?

London had Underground train system 150 years before kolkatta had...
BTW, the underground train scheme was contribution of Rajiv gandhi, and Central Govt. The Communist State govt of bengal did nothing and contributed nothing to the underground train.
