Absence of not only appropriate quality of education, but also the valued culture about which the Indian rich tradition was proud of once upon a time, has been steadily destroyed by the so called politicians irrespective of their respective political affiliations, is entirely responsible for today's cheap politics that easily makes the filth float at top by the help of muscle and money power! They talk more of culture but without themselves observing any basics of culture! What are leadership qualities? They were earned with hard struggles and sacrifices in the past which are totally absent now, but present leadership earns money very fast and protect themselves with the help of such earned leadership! They take advantage of large massive illiteracy of the nation inclusive of them and of course encourage them! Only right culture based conscience driven education can bring back the lost culture!
