I agree with you, Cong govt should order an High level inquiry on why the weapon didn't work properly. Based on the First report, Medha patkar will sit for hunger strike to provide compensation benefit to the terrorist. Then the matter will be addressed to Prisident of India, where our rubber stamp president will sleep on the matter. By that time, the terrorist would have killed another 100 people.

The NGOs & Human Rights Groups should lodge a formal complaint against the faulty AK 47 provided to these poor victimised tortured Terrorists ..... Of course Cong can support them

next planning commission we consider to give scholarship to terrorist. so they can dedicatly work for the betterment of country.(Pakistan). Even new package to give new arms also.
