Decentralise and develop other cities. For ex mumbai has RBI, ICICI, NSE,IFC,Air India and Head offices of public sector firms and Film Industry . Move some of these to Noida,Baroda,Hyderabad,Kolkota or any other small city which can be developed in a 5 to 10 years. Once there is not much in mumbai then all of these will auto stop.

And we Indians blame foreigners for racism. People like you exist in our unfortunate country, what is the need of enemies! In history books, we are taught british divided and ruled India. Where people like you exist, what is the need for outsiders to divide us!
