Bihar and UP were once prosperous states with education and trade, Nitish Kumar is trying his best to develop the state so that biharis dont migrate in millions out of state to go seek jobs in assam, westbengal, bombay,etc. As far as Mayawati is concerned hopefully she is thinking along the same lines

Chhath Puja is a very important festival prevalent in Bihar and UP. Ppl worship Sun God and take his blessings during Chhath. And yes....you get to eat a lot of sweets and home cooked delicacies. When I was young and staying in a boarding, I waited for Chhath because my mom would send me a lot of stuff to eat and distribute among friends- after Chhath.

Gaati dont waste time with dravidian he is not from south india, he is from out of country, a Mlim or a Convrt trying to divide Indians along state/linguistic/culture lines
