iska matlab apke liya apni country se pahle apna stste hai what a joke yaar u r asking ...jis desh k liye itne logo ne apni jaan de di ab usme ap bata rahe ho pahle state .....very good kafi aap jaise thinking wale log hamare desh me rahe to hamara desh to progress kar chuka ....

If mulayam & laloo are well established politicians then why not their states I think they should develop their own state, we say in marathi ( Aapla thevaa Jhaakun Dusaryache Bagha Vaakun )
