Give UP and Bihar to Pakistan and/or bangladesh. Another solution is akhand nepal which controls most of UP and Bihar. That will work too. That will solve the problem once and for all. I am all for UP and bihari independence.

Who am i to stop some one entering my state(i dont own my state any way)..
_If i feel i cannot have biharis/up wallas in my state any more.i will stop providing them jobs ...
But not treat them like third class citiznes alike how u marathis r doing noe..

hehehe maratha worriers.. maratha regiment was the one who had left the battle field to save their lives and bcoz of tht only we had to loose out some part of our motherland to neighbours .
