UP / Biharis will always dominate India

People from UP / Bihar will always dominate all the major cities in India be it Delhi or Mumbai.
They work hard and they dare to go out of their houses and earn a living. Atelast they dont suicide like the poor farmers in Maharashtra, Gujrat or AP.
