Tharoor guy is a typical media guy. Using half truths and flattery to pander to the starved indian audience. Instead of doing all this natak, why doesnt he try to improve UP and Bihar first.

Mr. Shashi Tharoor is working for UN. Our great leaders like Mr. Lalloo Prasad Yadav, Mr. Ram Vilals Paswan, Ms. Mayawati, etc are more than enough for "improving" Bihar and UP !!!!!!! They are the champions of "sosial" empowerment !!!! And of course bloggers like 'USA' and 'SadaChiddi' They have great visions !!!!!!!!!!!!!
