Sikhs

I thought Sikhs believed in resolving their differences in a peaceful manner, unlike Muslims.

Yes we do, But the situation here is different it is not religious, but other offense committed while hiding behind the umbreala if religion.
It is the offense of rape committed in the Dera Sacha Sauda by Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh.

Sikhism teaches to take to arms if there is unjustice done. Our 10th Guruji taught us to fight against unjustice ("Soora so pahchaniyae jo ladhae din kae haet Purja purja kut marae kabhoo na jhadhae khaet"). Sikhes are the most peaceful persons until unless they are not dragged into fight, but once in fight everyone knows what sikhs are ("Punjabian di maar vakhri"). I think everybody knows it what happened after Blue Star. Congress and Indira faced the anger of Sikhes and eventually paid highest price for it. But now again with this so called Guru, congress is playing a dangerous game. Alas! some people do not learn from their mistakes.
