What after arrest? Allow them to go to Pak to come back again or run court procedures for years so that they can get relieved by hyjacking strategy. Need to treat them saperatly than routine Law and Order

But, the Congress abolished the POTA, which was meant exclusively for this purpose! Congress sucks!
