The next time you see 2 IAS officers together please do remember that in all probability one of them is a Bihari as Bihar send maximum number of IAS, IPS officers.And you can't accuse them of cheating as the final selection round is not held in BIhar.

bullsh@t. most of these guys are totally useless. they try to get postings in the South, since law and order situation is much better down south. their communication skils are pathetic; i remember, a few years back, when in school, the District collector (A BIHARI), came to address the gathering during the Republic Day parade. His usage of English left us dumbfounded...great English...beautifully laced with grammatical and pronunciation errors!! Bihar ki Jai. Mr shinjan bose, pls ask the IAS/IPS officers from Bihar to remain there itself and devote their God given skills towards the betterment of Bihar, without disturbing other states.

one of them must have been selected thru the above "unfair" practice of copying. this makes 50% biharis unfair people.
