no one can say that there is no cheating in other states of india, i have lived in many parts of the country, and i have seen cheatingin most of the places, in fact IITs and IIMs, the epitome of educational excellence, have been full of students who have been caught and suspended for cheating. in my college from where did i get my MBA, (one of the top 10 colleges in India for MBA), not 1, 2 but many toppers have been suspended and failed for cheating in exams, leave aside the cheating in porjects and assignment when there is no supevision. so people who feel good in mud slinging, please look in to your own collar, you will find as much dirt as you see in others....!
