People get amazed at the fact that inspite of bihar being so unlawful and backwards in terms of education, we get to see a lot of them clearing the civil exams and other competitive exams. This incident can shed a lot of light on the real reason. Not that all go the unfair way, but the point here is that a lot of rowdies occupy prestigious seats unlawfully. And this belittles those statemates of theirs who have earned the seats through hardwork.
