Violation of law is an offence everywhere in India. It should be dealt with sternly whether it is in Bihar or in South India.
The problem with we Indians is that we never think as a nation. That is the prime reason that less than 300,000 Britishers could rule on more than 30 crore Indians for 150 years.
The way we fight with each other rather than trying to solve the problem in another part of our country, we are jeopardizing our hard fought freedom from the Brits.
