No doubt their is corruption & other maladies in north but south india is no heaven either. All over india including ur so good south has rampant corruption in all govt. depts. The only difference is education level in nort & south. But, remember educated corrupt south indians are more dangerous looters than uncivilised persons.

who is stupid. northies are stupid. u cannot even speak english go around yapping in tht uncivilized language of urd called hindi, which for u r kind info is not the national language(any clarification pls read article343 of the constitution), corruption is much less than in the north it is a fact, if u dont know kapil learn from me, The most dangerous looters have always been from north india, one prime examples lallu, mulayam, mayawati, no one to beat them across India. so pls shut the fk up.and as far as conversions are concerned. conversions at the fastest rate is happening in punjab orissa etc. so u too shut the fk up u obc dog
