hi, friends, why you blame Bihari's in totality. at the time of Independence Bihar was one of the leading states.many bihari's studied outside bihar and got achievements in all fields including Civil Services . it is politics in Bihar which destroyed the atmosphere of education system , and similarly mulayam singh yadav tried to destroy education system of U.P. by diluting rajnath singh's strong cheating law paving way for cheating in exams.

Dear friends, See whatever has happened in past is past.LLB III students are mature enough to think about their career. I appreciate the efforts of Gov./Local administration,who did not allow the unfair means.Such efforts if adopted every where in Bihar then there will be no challenge for Biharis in the World.

yup it all comes back to politics and the leaders. but again then the question is why ar these leaders even up there at that position? who elects them?- the people! why?- coz they provide the people with food, clothes, money, alcohol.. the list is long. Its a never ending cycle which requires a serious action to be taken by the common people of india!
