Did you notice the author of this article Anand Mohan Sahay is a Bihari? Only Biharis have no respect for his own state and the fellow residents of the state. The truth is that Biharis don't even know what is called a fundamental right, forget about demanding "the right to use unfair means during examinations." The author seems to have misused the word "right" or he was unable to convey what he actually wanted to. I also doubt if this really happened; why is this hot news not covered in any other news paper? I am thinking about a public litigation for false nad misguiding reportage.
