Thats all bull shit..let me answer each one IAS officers dont reflect the moral values of a system..may be govt. job is more lucrative there in bihar. Probationary officers...he he he..is it being some nuclear scientist? ITTians from Andhra pradesh are the highest..may be thats why you are comparing yourself with more business minded states of Gujarat and Maharastra. Rape in bihar wont get reported..so its less... Same way murders etc...also the amount of superficial crime you find in mumbai ..is not found in bihar because..its underdeveloped...where there is money and huge development..there will be crime. In AP only naxals kill police and informers..and AP is the state thats tackling naxalism effectively in entire India..chk the records. Biharies are going out as labour to other states ...we find biharis working as low waged workers in every part of India...do you know reason why ulfa is killing biharis? so suicides doesnt take place..and even if they happen..they wont get reported... Great to hear that more Bihari girls complete graduation...like to see the result felt on the society...may be they complete and sit silient with out raising their voice...fact is Bihar is a barbaric state..and its going that way. Even andhra pradesh too is on the same path..now a days we consider people who cut throats and hurl bombs as leaders.

you should know that IAS is a central service and with this people go to all the states. IITians u recheck the records. for rape your consideration reflects the entite India Probationary Officer exam is tougher than CAT or any private sectors exam. where there is money and huge development..there will be crime....contradictory to ur point only In bihar atleast naxals dont kill high profile people like in AP you find biharis only working as low waged workers in every part of India shows your narrow view..i find many people in high cadre govt. job and private sector crime doesnt get reported in bihar but all TV channels take their 25% news from bihar only :P

Give me the source of these facts, let us check them. First of all we cannot compare two states unless the factors considered are the same..meaning Population, Total area, & also the male/female ratio. Every state has a different density of population & so how can it be compared?? Mumbai is a cosmopolitan city...is it the same with Patna?? So please no comparsions.

Bihar is also the only state where students actually DEMAND 'right to use unfair means' in examinations and supported by parents....wow! No wonder if you claim Bihar has more number of graduates (who of course cant read and write). I always wondered have Bihar produces the highest number of IAS officers- easy and lucrative, isnt it?

u mean to say that all other state student should also follow the bihar style to make thier statistics grow. because ultimately it is statistics which remains in history, no matter how u go for it. Ur message seems to be inspiration for other state students who sincerly pass thier exams after all thier hardwork and still are not able to get admissions in thier field. as far rape is concerned, it may be officially declared as not a crime over there.
