Every Come to the Family Court in Bandra(Mumbai
) you will see a flock of Bihari Vakil standing outside for a case. The Attire is Promising. Paan in their Mouth, A tie that never will match the Shirt/Coat. The Dilect they Will Speak, the overall presentation is so good now we know from which factory it has come. The Copycat Vakil Production. You can see it in the Mumbai Family court at Bandra. WOnder Where such OUT-Standing Advocates come from...Well its these BHiyaa Universities Which allow copying. OutStanding cause. You will always see them outside the court...doing petty things never with the courage to put up a case in front of a JUdge and WIN it

Taking few examples and applying it all over makes no sense. I have graduated from Akola, and i know how much cheating happens in one of the best universities of Maharashtra. If you want to see the real talent broaden your outlook and look into the competitive exams at national level. Everything is not fake.Maharastra still has many colleges where bigger chunk of seats have reserved for the Maharashtrians. If the seats are kept 100% on all india competitive exam and open to all indians, the composition of students will be something you can never even think of.
People who have seen many universities and colleges of various part of country better know who stands where.
