No wonder biharis are always using unfair means to pass exams...they always cheat and pass oin exams ...then come and sit on heads of the common man. They know nothing, just know how to migrate to other cities and eat their jobs!!

Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes. It is only Biharis who cheat, thier counterparts in U.P., NCR, West or south are all so divinely & saintly honest that they would never cheat, leave alone cheating they would never commit any other crime also. It is only Biharis who are criminals no one else, any where else commits a crime or do anything wrong. I reckon that Laden, Edi Ameen, Hitler, Charles Shobraj, any one fro that matter must have had a bihari root else he would never have been wrong. isnt'd Dear Mr. Sharma!!!!
