One good news is that -" It was a firm decision of the state government not to allow unfair means in examinations".
And this is the only hope for Bihar

Yes, and brought to you by the BJP. The Bihari electorate is finally wisening up.

Hope other states, especially Uttar Pradesh, catches up with this too.
