India is a democracy and NOT meritocracy like Singapore.
Hence it is imperative to appreciate socio-economic and religious diversity in Governance(Legislature,Judiciary,Administration) and in
Private Institutions (Reliance, Infosys etc) in India.

Government of India should implement 'reservations' in Judiciary and in Private Institutions as per Caste Census in India.

1. 52% of Judges should be from OBC.
2. 29% Judges should be Dalits and Tribals.
3. Remaining Judges should be from other castes & religions.

Otherwise India will disintegrate into 500 princely states as in pre-British Empire era...

bakwaas band kar. If democracy means that merit is killed - then that is the end of the nation. If India has to progress - the dictatorship of the most talented is a must.
