This is a good move. What is the use of exam if it does not help grade student's skill. This is for student to understand that if they want to grow and be successful, they need to learn and not just pass the exam. It would be really great if student go on rampage if authority allow unfair means in the exam. Bihar was a state known for best education standards in the past. Thanks to the poor govermants, now it is known for worst education standards
