I think this is so disgusting and this culture of violance has been slowly become a part of life in Bihar from the time of Lalu and his cronies. At one time this state used to produce the highest number of IAS officer in the country. I say bar all those who instigared the violance of them from sitting in the exam as if they are let off then will then represent only goons and thugs and will use any method to make the client win. Bihar needs a reverse brain washing for at least 10 years for the Lalu raj effect to ware off. But it msu be done with a free hand and with our prejudice.
