Well, i am an engineer in a very big indian company and do recruitment interviews on a regular basis. Going forth, i will ensure that Bihari guys are rejected immediately and also circulate this piece of news across the organization (which is there in 10 states in india) so that nobody takes a bihari again here.

lol..:D but again not all biharis are like this. some of them might be very bright but the conditions in the state compel them to go with the flow so what can they do. I suggest whenever you interview any bihari, luk at the credentials and talents along with the marks and grades. you never know they actually might be against the society and the stupidness we read abt in the above article.
