Treatment or business
by Sunil Sharma on Feb 01, 2008 08:33 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

There are many doctors involved in activities which are against the basic principle of treatment. The most common one is the series of tests these doctors recommend because they are involved with the pathological lab. You are even instructed to go to a particular lab or even a chemist.

There have been cases where the lab reports a minor problem in a complicated medical language(at the behest of the main doctor), patient panics and goes further expensive tests.

I request news channels/media to carry out this investigation

How come police came to know now? who informed? I am damn sure it wont be the poor man who lost their kidney, because in such case sure police will work as broker and fix the issue off-line. I feel this has come out due to share dispute. Can anyone clarify if I am wrong? How come they run the business even after they are caught earlier?

Yes, you are right but the problem started because it was the Gurgaon Police who was brokering & providing shelter to these people. There must have been many complaints by the victims to Gurgaon police but they were ovelooked as in Nithari. The case surfaced because someone complained in Moradabad where the police was not brokering.
