I think its time to Reform the whole police system. 1. The police are not at all interest in their actual job. They are just more busy in taking bribe/hafta than solving the issue/problem. 2. They are not physically fit. Most of them may be not able to run 1KM. 3. Why there is a system of transfer if one found guilty. He should be removed from the system. He will start doing the same illegal activity in the new location. 4. People fear to go to Police Station, becos they harass more while u wanted to give some complaint. 5. In ideal situation they supposed to be the Guard the Citizen. Instead they are eating the Citizen. 6. Remove the Ration policy from them. And give a standard salary. Any way this people are eating money from the Tax Payer. 7. Impose Strict rule for Bribe tacker. 9. Give them some kind of training to Improve there Soft Skill. 10. Now a days I believe being a police son is like a insult for them. Police = Corrupt. 11. Upgrade there arms and skill to fight. We are still showing the same old kind of system. Though the GDP is growing on 9%.
Its high time for reformation. Law and Order should be reformed in INDIA

I agree with you my friend Das. I'm son of policeman and i'm proud to be son. It is not each for honest policeman to survive in gang of wolfs.
i have stayed in police colony for 25 years, i have seen police man taking bribe, creating false police case for people not giving hafta and how they torcer clean policeman. Good policeman will be sent remote places which is about 5-6 hours far from colony and many more....
Police are servants of Politician's and they collect hafta for them.

hello boss, nothing wrong with system or police. problem is with our politicians. police dept. have to act as per home ministers, chief ministers orders. u know that
