Well that's what Katil Ahmed did before he was elected. Remember, he's an Ex MP from SP affiliated to TP.
He has done very shabby crime of retaliating the attacks from terrorist, even though he knew that they are from minorities.
He didnt know that as per Khachhar Committeee recommendations Minority persons have birth right to attack anybody. and to take part in any terrorist activities
Mr. Modi had strightaway neglected these humanly recommendations so He should be jailed
