AFTER THE ASSEMBY TENURE IS OVER, THE STAE SHOULD BE UNDER PRESIDENT RULE. VOTER LIST SHOULD BE CORRCTED. THEN FREE AND FAIR ELECTION SHOULD BE CONDUCTED. NO CARE TAKER GOVT. SHOULD BE THERE. mr krushnachandra sahoo dont have any doubt about the popularity of communist govt in west bengal. like other state, it is an elected govt with the close observation from CEC, more over there is no alternative leader in west bengal. no one can be compared with mr bhattacharya. those who are in other party maximum are criminal backed or having the pillar of corruption.
