The IIM's are churning out managers who have developed a mindset of top class servants. They join MNC with fat salaries and work as servants. Very few have applied their talent and started entrepreneurial ventures that could make global products. The IIM Grads look a pale shade when we compare them to the vast numbers of IITians who have worked on ideas and created organizations that deliver the best products. IIM Grads are an obnoxious lot with a greedy attitude, never taking risks. They are parasites.

Even IITians are idoits, Not even a SINGLE earth shaking invention !
They are also runnning after money joining some bloody MNC in an UNRELATED field. Very common to see an IITian graduate in biotechnology and electrical joining some bloody foreign investment bank and serve their white skin masters.

Earth shaking inventions are very rare for any group, Mr. Murthy. If you look a bit downward, you will see IITians involved into many inventioned some degree less than earth-shaking. Why not appreciate that? Whether a person will choose his/her passion-field as career path is a personal decision and there is quite possibility of diversion at this age of lure and greed. Yet the other side is also not very uncommon

I do not know your educational qualification and job, but at least can say MNCs are not fool to pay IIM graduates fat salaries for nothing. They get it because they deserve it. You cannot expect people not to accept high salary job en masse only on moral ground (and that too vague). Even then, you will see 10s of IIM graduates who renounced fat salary and working at a remote village for social improvement. Do not belittle their effort with sweeping comments. Yes, they are small in number, but is it not the same in other fields too?
