Can you suggest a better alternative? Unfortunately there is none. So we have to endure some corrupt leaders and babus also.

only one solution, open the cellular jail in andaman islands again and dump all corrupt politians ,beaurocrats ,terrorists and other like antinationals with no outside contact with the world, let them die the death of unwanted pariah dog.
