Democracy in India

Its because the Nation has Hindus in majority, the Day it cease to be so, it will no longer be a democratice country.

Absolutely true. The fact that our neighbours have either had no democracy or had spurious versions of the same during breif periods is proof enough. When Autocracy in the garb of emergency threatened democracy the people of india reacted with pride and gave a resounding verdict that lead bernard levin to comment "India voted in a manner which put ancient an sophisticated democarcies to shame" . Then how democracy is working in USA and Europe? As a matter of fact we have learnt the concept of demcracy from the west, before that we used to ruled by kings, and they became so powerful that we started worshipping them as Gods.
