why does Kalam saaheb did not take any step in their presedential time why they were busy always with child and school now when he is not in power he is raising problem of india

thats brilliant raj...!! i had always thought kalam is given much more importance and say than he actually deserve...!! he may be a good scientist and thats all.. his leadership qualities is yet to be proved..!! so please Dr kalam.. enough is enough .. talk a little bit less

in a democracy,you need checks and balances.president is one such institution,kept away from day to day work.
