I am ashamed to cally myself a Tamil
by Anand Krish on Aug 13, 2008 02:32 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

on seeing such hero worship of cine actors. Building Temple for Kushboo ( I was ridiculed when I was in Delhi in 1993 when some fools built a temple for her) We are proving again and again that Tamils are emotional fools.

When are we going to be professionals? This Rajinikanth guy is an actor who does it for money. Did you guys see the way he apologized last week for Kuselan release in Karnataka. I was ashamed to see the way he lost all dignity and apologized - he could have easily apologized in a dignified manner?

The way he apologized is so undignified of an actor - and what he said initially in that Hoggenekal fast "avanga ellaraiyum odhaikanum" - we have to kick all of them - was even more undignified.

We have to blame the fans they are the ones who jack up these cine actors to this level. But unfortunately hero worshipping is built in Tamil psyche.
